2)GERMAN WINES are becoming more popular, possibly because of their low alcohol and refreshing flavours. Too many people view them as sweet and sickly. Nothing is further from the truth. True, some are more dessert style but have good levels of acidity to balance the residual suger.
3) We are still finding lots of different BURGUNDIES which show the variations of the area, the winemaker and epecially the "terroir". We only seem to obtain a few cases of each of the wines at any one time so please call us if you want something special.
