Most of the grapes for this wine were picked by hand. 5% was barrel fermented in new American oak and then 7% was oak aged for 3 months. The balance was tank fermented and aged. The wood gives the wine depth and interest without loosing the essential chacteristics of this lovely grape.
The nose is of peach vanilla and lime. On the palate the wine is full and smooth and has wonderful structure.
